Depression and Anxiety
Mondays 1-2 PM
Wednesdays 6-7 PM
Join the conversation as we explore new ways of overcoming negative thoughts and feelings together. Feel less isolated by connecting with others who share our interests because they, too, know what it’s like. Our peer ran Depression and Anxiety Support Groups offer a safe haven for our mental stability.
Mondays 7-8 PM
Online chat rooms may be how we communicate, but virtual game nights are how we stay in touch with family and friends! One of the greatest benefits of the digital era is the ability to have fun while taking care of our well-being while social distancing. Come, participate in our Virtual Game Nights and help build memories and bonds that will last a lifetime.
Recovery 1st Support
Tuesdays 6-7 PM
It takes a village to support and guide both newly recovering individuals and those in long-term recovery maintain sobriety. We hope that by discussing our experiences, coping strategies, and personal sources of hope, support and guidance, our Recovery 1st Support Groups will keep you focused on what’s important to you at all times.
Parents Helping Parents
Wednesdays 7- 8 PM
Make meaningful connections with other parents and help support each other. Discuss anything – parenting, shared experiences, help with the day-to-day realities of parenting and functioning as a family. Our Parents Helping Parents support group can be quite helpful to parents who just need reassurance that they are not alone.
Stress Relief Group
Thursdays 5-6 PM
Want to learn more about the causes of stress and techniques to manage it? Then this may be the group for you. Explore topics and connect with people who understand the importance of mental wellness in our Stress Relief Group.
Apps to Cope with Stress
Thursdays 6-7 PM
When it comes to selecting an App that helps manage stress and anxiety, how does one know which App aligns best with their overall well-being needs? Join us as we stay in-the-know about the newest and latest rage – Virtual Self-Care.
Survivors of Suicide (for Grief and Healing)
Thursdays 7-8 PM
SOS Wellness Groups are peer-led groups for individuals who have lost a loved one or friend to suicide. These groups provide insight and comfort to individuals dealing with the trauma and tragedy of a loss to suicide.
Self-Care with Meditation
Fridays 6-7 PM
Anyone can practice meditation. It’s simple, inexpensive, and it doesn’t require any special equipment. You, too, can learn meditation techniques that reduce stress and may improve your overall mental well-being by checking out our Self-Care Meditation group.
Fridays 7-8 PM
It’s always a good night for our Virtual Karaoke Nights with friends as we creatively stay apart, but together. Don’t miss the fun of singing yourself to wellness. While others snap their fingers and tap their feet to the rhythm and groove of your favorite beats, get your sing on and enjoy an in-house karaoke jam session. No signing experience required!
