Overview:
As Peers, we are privy to sensitive information about the people we serve. In order to preserve their trust and help them avoid stigma, it is critical that we keep their private information confidential. It is also the law. Please join MHA Peer Services as we take a look at the privacy and security rules that apply to Peers, including HIPAA and 42 CFR § 2, best practices, and how to minimize damages in the event of a breach.

Note: 
The training is open to anyone. However, if there is max capacity, priority will be given to those working as peers.
