The Master Your Stress workshop teaches what stress is and how it affects the body, mind, emotions and behavior. Participants will learn how to master their stress by learning difference between good stress, acute stress and bad stress. Additionally, participants will learn how to utilize stress for peak performance. The workshop provides the tools and techniques such meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and body scans.
