“Tapping” Away Your Stress – The Emotional Freedom Technique (Virtual)

You have heard of acupuncture to help lessen your pain, but what about acupressure to help you manage your emotions? Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as “tapping”) is a stress-reduction method that has helped people reduce their anxiety, lose weight, and even quit smoking! The first half of class will be focused on learning more about this simple, but effective way to decrease stress and add wellness into your life. We will spend the latter half of the class using the technique to tap away our stress! This CEU will be 90 minutes long. Access to a quiet space is recommended, however not necessary.

The CEU is open to anyone. However, if there is max capacity, priority will be given to those working as peers.
