Warning Signs of Depression

If you think your loved one is suicidal, ASK them. By asking directly, the person at risk can feel relieved and gives them the chance to talk about how they are feeling.

Depression may be caused by any type of loss, genetics, or brain make-up. Depression can lead to eating disorders, school and social problems, isolation, physical symptoms, and even suicide. If your teen shows more than 5 or more of these signs, they may be depressed.
