National Institute of Mental Health Literature Now Available
The Mental Health Association in Delaware is an Outreach Partner of a NIMH program which helps to close the gap between mental health research and practice and reduce the stigma of mental illness. Through this program, free mental health literature is available to the public and health professionals, in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses among all Americans- including underserved populations such as minority groups, children, and older people. NIMH offers literature on numerous mental health topics such as depression and anxiety disorders, available in both English and Spanish.
